Using local special selected brewing rice, “IWAI” and underground spring water, “SHIRAGIKU SUI” which was voted as the purest water in Japan. The Junmai-Shu is usually made from polished to 70% rice, however, this “OTAKA” made from highly polished to 60%. It provides smooth texture with well balanced Junmai-shu. This “OTAKA” is the best selling sake in Kyoto for tourists who visited from various countries.
