It’s a new sense of sake that is not just GINJO-SHU brewed from the finest rice, but also it’s blended with Japanese citrus fruit; “YUZU”. This is full of acidity with citron fruit juice.  The fragrance of the citron makes you relax and enjoy fresh feelings to the full.  This is extremely smooth and easy to drink, even people who are not used to drink Japanese sake. It can be enjoyed either chilled, with soda, or on the rock.
