ML HAKKO (Malolactic Fermentation) is a winemaking process that gives wine a richer and creamier texture by converting Malic acid to Lactic acid with bacteria. More flavorful than other Junmai Sake just like white wine. Great balance between sweetness and soft sourness with clean finish.
