DESCRIPTION
This premium daiginjo was aged for five years at -5℃/23°F. The slow aging at low temperatures makes it smooth and round. It is the very best of aged sake in Japan. Best enjoyed slightly cooled. Goes quite well with soft cheeses and light Mediterranean-style tapas.
